How long will it take to get my order?
I am currently about 2 weeks out on orders plus allow 2-3 days to ship.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. You can typically expect your package to arrive 2-3 days after it is shipped.
What if I need my order in a hurry?
Please contact me, so I can let you know what current turn-around times are. If you need something sooner, there may be an additional rush charge.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Due to the custom nature of my product, I do not accept returns unless it was a mistake made on my part.
What size should I order?
All of our tutus and tutu dresses are made with an elastic band which allow a few inches of growth because little princesses tend to grow rather quickly! Here is how our sizing works….

0-12 months
Waist: 14-17 inches
Length: 8 inches
Small
1-3 years
Waist: 17-20 inches
Length: 10 inches
Medium
3-5 years
Waist: 20-23 inches
Length: 12 inches
Large
5-8 years
Waist: 23-26 inches
Length: 14 inches
**If your princess is in between sizes or if you prefer a different length, please contact me.
**Princess length tutus and petit-tutus are longer.
Tutu Dresses
To get the best fit for a tutu dress, please take the following measurements:
1. Measure her chest right under her armpits where the dress will sit.
2. Measure from her armpits down to the length you would like (i.e. her knees, ankle, or floor)
How do I care for my tutu?
For tutus, you will want to get them out of the bag and hung up as soon as possible to avoid wrinkling. Run your fingers through the tulle to fluff it when needed. You may also hang your tutu in a bathroom and run a hot shower to help remove wrinkles. You may also use a steamer, but do not get it too close to your tutu.
Although I’ve had some customers wash their tutus, I would recommend that if your princess gets something on her tutu, just to run water over that area and let it air dry.
Are your tutu dresses lined?
My tutu dresses are not lined, but are very full. I do recommend that your little one wear a pair of leggings or bloomers under the dress.
Do you do custom orders?
Definitely! You can select the custom tutu or custom tutu dress and select up to three colors. If you have a special request, please feel free to contact me! I love doing special requests!
Is there anything else I should know?
YES! Please supervise small children while they are wearing any of my products. While all of my products have been constructed with care, many of my products contain small pieces that could pose a choking hazard, and I cannot be held liable. If you are interested in a product without rhinestones and other potential choking hazards, just let me know. |
